1. According to the test requirements and test plates, the structural design of the fixture can be carried out after the control mode is selected. The carrier plate, pressing plate, connector module, etc. can be designed. The carrier plate/pressing plate of the fixture should be avoided reasonably. Corresponding protective measures should be taken to avoid damaging the test plate when testing the product.
2. The fixture shall be positioned accurately and the connector shall be connected smoothly.
3. The layout of the fixture box is reasonable, and the space for wiring and installing the control system is sufficient.
4. The analog card slot of optical fiber/MIC/SPK/SIM card shall be reserved, and the location standard area shall be set.
5. The reserved interface position of fixture shall be correct, sufficient and reasonably arranged.
6. Fixture box shall be locked by means of bag buckle or pressing buckle to facilitate component replacement and maintenance.
7. Correct zero point correction. The zero drift of the test fixture will change with the change of test conditions or the difference of the test fixture, so the zero correction of open circuit and short circuit is very necessary. Therefore, FCT test fixture has open circuit and short circuit correction settings.
8. In case of broken needle and aging of the fixture, the needle can be replaced for maintenance and continued use. If the fixture is damaged and cannot be repaired for use or is no longer used due to customer changes, it shall be remade.
