PCBA detailed process
Detailed process of PCBA:
1 Solder paste printing
Unfreeze and stir the solder paste just taken out of the cold storage room, and then accurately leak print it onto the PCB pad through the solder paste printer.
2 Solder paste thickness gauge
Check the printing effect of the solder paste to see if there is tin continuity, less tin and missing printing.
3 Mounting by mounting machine
The mounter can accurately mount components onto PCB pads by absorbing components.
4 Reflow welding
Put the PCB mounted with components into the reflow welding track, pass through the drying area, preheating area, welding area and cooling area, and realize the welding of components.
5 AOI detection
After the PCB is welded, AOI is used to test the welding effect of PCB, and QA spot checks are conducted.
6 DIP plug-in processing
The DIP production line workers simply process the plug-in materials and insert them into the corresponding positions of the boards.
7 Wave soldering
Put the board of the inserted part into the wave soldering, and realize the welding of PCBA board through spraying flux, preheating, wave soldering, cooling and other links.
8 Cleaning after welding
The PCBA board after wave soldering has many defects, which generally requires maintenance and cleaning. After the quality personnel check it correctly, they can move to the next process.
9 Function test
In PCBA function test, ICT, FCT, aging test and program burning are generally required for PCBA board to ensure normal operation of PCBA function and reduce the later repair rate.
10 Finished product assembly
After the PCBA board completes the internal function test, the product shell is composed.
11 Finished product inspection
OQC inspection shall be carried out on the finished products to confirm that there is no error in shipment.
