Introduction to DC portable charging pile control board:

The DC control unit of the DC portable charging pile control board is the controller developed by our company for the portable single gun DC charging pile, and the working voltage is DC12V. Adopt PN-OS embedded operating system and integrate large capacity FLASH&RAM. The main control board integrates two input circuits, seven output circuits, seven communication circuits, one control guidance circuit, one working power supply circuit and one 5V output circuit.

Functions of DC portable charging pile control board:

1) It can complete the charging interaction with BMS, control the charging state of the charger, collect the operation data, and automatically shut down under abnormal conditions;

2) Compatible with Huawei, Yingfeiyuan, Meggitt, Yingkerui, Shenghong, Gosbao, Youyou, ZTE and other power modules;

3) Integrated 1-way control and guidance function;

4) Support one button start charging;

5) Support card swiping startup (optional);

6) Support nixie tube display (optional);

7) Support dot matrix display (optional);

8) Support voice playback (optional);

9) Support the touch screens of Devon and Xinruida, and complete the human-computer interaction function (optional)

10) Integrate and expand 2G and 4G functions (optional);

11) It has the background communication function, and can communicate with the background monitor wirelessly (wirelessly), transmit status and relevant data. Currently, it has supported monitoring platforms such as the national network, provincial network, cloud charging, Yuncan, Yousai and Fujian Baicheng.
