Introduction to main control board of DC double charging pile:

DC control unit is the controller developed by our company for DC charging pile, and the working voltage is AC220V. PN-OS embedded operating system is adopted, and large capacity FLASH&RAM is integrated. The mainboard is integrated with 8 input circuits, 15 output circuits, 6 analog circuits, 9 communication circuits, 2 insulation detection circuits, 2 control guides, and 1 working power supply.

Functions of the main control board of the DC double charging pile:

1. The mainboard completes the charging interaction with the BMS, sends the charging demand to the charger, controls the charging state of the charger, collects the operation data of the charger, and automatically shuts down under abnormal conditions;

2. The DC charger control unit is equipped with charging gun electric lock control and temperature detection, and the detection and control of each charging gun work independently;

3. Compatible with Huawei, Yingfeiyuan, Meggitt, Yingkerui, Shenghong, Gosbao, Youyou, ZTE and other power modules;

4. Compatible with the touch screens of Devon, Topway and Xinruida to complete the human-computer interaction process;

5. Compatible with Mingte and Zhou Ligong card readers to complete the card charging process;

6. Integrated 2-circuit battery voltage acquisition function;

8. Integrated 2-circuit insulation detection function;
